Yummm! Are you getting in the Autumn mood as well? We just had a movie night with popcorn and hot cocoa and it felt so cozy. I’ll have to make this recipe, my family will love it.

I am! I have made cookies twice in the past week. Whenever autumn comes I want to bake and cook. It could be my downfall! I haven’t tried this one but hope to before Christmas!
The person who posted this said she used her own pumpkin that she had baked, pureed, and frozen. And she substituted a 1/2 cup whole wheat flour. Said it turned out really moist.

Jen – I tried this one last night. It went really well. I didn’t have nutmeg, so I used pumpkin pie spice with the cinnamon. It turned out great. 45 minutes was plenty for baking time. Fall has officially arrived … I love it!
