[...] Made this last week to balance out my plate of chocolate goodies! I needed something a little lighter on my plate. So I made Peppermint Bark, it was tasty but next time I will go ahead and buy the peppermint oil to add to it, I thought it was too sweet. [...]

    Hi Jenni,

I’m missing your great recipes! Any ideas for Valentines?

Hi LaTeaDah, thanks for stopping by, I just commented on your side bar on your blog. Very cute site by the way! Did you make all those aprons? Oh my, they are so cute, I’ve been trying to make a patchwork apron but I put it away for awhile, I loved the one you posted, so cute!

Valentines, haven’t given it much thought :) Trying not to over do it on the sweets as my husband and I are trying to start an exercise program! But maybe I’ll find something with not too many calories :) Thanks for the comment, I’ve missed my blog, it’s good to have it working again!

Hi Jenni! I read your comments on my blog (Gracious Hospitality). Thanks for visiting! Yes, I’ve been here before (enjoyed your holiday baking recipes and pictures — very nice) but I probably didn’t comment.

I didn’t make the aprons — they were a real ‘find’ on eBay. They were sold in a ‘lot’ and didn’t look too appealing so went for a very good price. But, once washed, dried, and starched, I was delighted to find they were basically new and in excellent condition! My favorites are the patchworks.

So glad to meet you! I love the picture of your kiddos cooking there at the top of your page. Very nice family!
