Oatmeal Coconut Pecan Squares with Chocolate Chips

Ingredients:

2 cups rolled oats
1 cup flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup chocolate chips
1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
10 Tablespoons unsalted butter, melted and slightly cooled
2 eggs
2 teaspoons vanilla

Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 350.


2. Combine all the dry ingredients (oats through salt) in a large bowl.


3. In a smaller bowl, mix together the melted butter, zithromax Without Prescription, egg and vanilla. Dump the wet ingredients into the dry and mix until well blended.


4. Oil up an 9x13 inch pan and pour mixture in, patting the top flat with your hands while making sure the mixture gets into the corners. Bake for 25 minutes or until edges are golden brown, Zithromax Side Effects, and cool. Cut into squares.
