Today Chris and I celebrate our 8th year of marriage! We went out on a dinner date last night so I’m making a special dinner tonight, Ricotta Lasagna Rolls, I can’t wait to taste them. It’s a new recipe to us and I hope it turns out! If it does I will post it here sometime soon :)

They did turn out wonderful! Although Eamon faked being sick and didn’t want to try them, we made him eat them anyway :) Chris said that dinner was fantastic! Hoping to post the recipe and pictures soon!
