Hot Apple Cider
1/2 gal. apple cider
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. whole allspice
1 1/2 tsp. whole cloves
2 sticks cinnamon
Heat slowly until sugar is dissolved. Simmer for at least 1 hour. Add 2 cups orange juice 1/2 hour before simmering is completed. Serve with an orange slice in each cup or can use lemon slices. (Serve hot.) […]
