Hmmm, I was planning on making brownies for the Super Bowl. Maybe I'll test these out instead. Then I'll get a wide range of opinions. :)

Thanks Sherry for stopping by! I've never tried this recipe with anything other than almond flour but there are lots of other non-gluten flours out there, I would just give it a try. We don't do grains so we try not to use the other non-glutinous grains but I'm sure they would substitute in there just fine. If you try it please let me know how it turns out! :) (Coconut flour is another one you might try, but I've heard it doesn't make a very good substitute strait across, you might need to combine it with something else)

I tried them again last night, we had three left so I shared with Chris and mom :) But this time I reheated them in the micro and they were just as tasty as they were the first time, I put them in the micro for like 15 seconds, perfection! So glad you liked them too mom!

Jenni, I loved these and enjoyed them at room temperature. I sprinkled the nuts on top and liked the extra crunch. So good with that morning cup of coffee! I can't believe they are good for you!! I only had Lite Coconut Milk and they're fine, but then I have nothing to compare them with. I used THEO 70% Dark - such a rich taste! I didn't have an 8X8 pan, so I used a 9" round. cut them in small wedges. Scrumptious!!!
